Synthesis of chemical probes and identification of target proteins by affinity chromatography or photoaffinity labeling. Synthesis and
characterization of small molecule biomolecular conjugates designed to target the brain
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. with relevant experience in the field of chemical biology. Demonstrated record of independent scientific accomplishments.
- Ability to synthesize chemical probes is required. Experience with chemical proteomic technologies is highly desirable (i.e. bead-based affinity
chromatography, activity-based protein profiling, photoaffinity labeling).
- Good communication skills, ability to work in a highly multidisciplinary environment, independent.
- Organic synthesis, chemical proteomics
