MSc. Bioinformatics (Univ. of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada) looking for job
Hello,
I am looking for a job in a Bioinformatics related field.
M.Sc. in Bioinformatics, UBC, Vancouver, Canada
B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Univ. of Manitoba, Canada
I worked primarily with a large number of microarray expression data sets and performed programming and statistical analysis throughout my degree and
became familiar with many Bioinformatics tools and databases.
Worked primarily with expression data, protein to protein interaction data, biological pathways and learned to parse and format data from various
Bioinformatics databases in order to extract relevant biological information towards my research.
Strongest Skills: Perl, R, Java
